Best Practice for AiF Queries

Well, so, first of all, you should change the fields on the query (you need to set the property Dynamic on the Fields node to No, and then manually add only the fields you need).

But also, in the service setup, you can control, which fields are visible/mandatory/etc.
I don't have an AX 2009 version here, but you should be able to find it - it's somewhere under AIF setup.
