Портал 404 ошибка. Ролевые центры так и не появились

Корпоративный портал так и выдает 404 ошибку, даже после переустановки.

Что ему ему надо?

Все сходится.

Ни ролевые центры не отображаются ни портал. Чтобы это могло быть?
