AX Support Engineer, Kyiv location, full time

Dear friends, we are looking for AX Support Engineer, Kyiv location, full time.

Our client is one of Europe's fastest growing mobile companies with over five million active customers, 1,000 employees worldwide and operations in eight countries. The client is using the mobile virtual network operator business model. As one of their core services, they provide “Pay As You Go” mobile SIM cards, targeted towards the needs of international communities and migrant workers. The ambition of our client is to reach 1 billion users by 2020 by extending the list of the services they provide. To cope with rapidly growing business demands our client is launching its R&D center in Kyiv with us.

AX Support Engineer will be responsible for incident management, problem management and minor enhancement. The candidate should have strong experience on Microsoft Dynamic AX 2009, the SFA interface and database SQL/SP optimization. The candidate is expected to have working experience in SRS reports, analysis of billing disputes and support in QA/UAT testing. Experience in MEAP/AMP 3.0 is desirable but not essential.
Main responsibilities:
• Incident analysis and resolution in regards to AX 2009 with correct logging in necessary systems.
• Support to business users and the development team.
• Experience in creating and optimizing SQL queries.
• Minor code changes and small enhancements.
• Troubleshooting and continual support on a daily basis.
• Analysis of any breakdown in application or services.

Position requirements:
• 3 year or more experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX in AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Trade & Logistics, Procure to Pay, Stock Management modules
• Optimizing/creating SQL queries and SSRS reports.
• Experience of writing and supporting SSRS.
• Good experience in core modules of AX.
• Understanding and exposure to AMP and X++.
• Understanding of AX Security configuration.
