Does anyone have an experience with Axapta using TAPI interface? What are the functions available, what settings are needed?
The case is Axapta running on LAN and a phone switchboard. Can the calls be displaied on the screen of the specific local PC depending on the local phone number and to enable Axapta CRM to mannage the call? If yes, how it can be done? Any documentation?
