Не работает переключатель направления звонка CRM 2011

Добрый день. Прошу помощи в решении проблемы.
Собственно, перестал срабатывать переключатель направления звонка: входящий,исходящий. В полях получатель и отправитель не происходит смена.
Может ли быть проблема в том что удалили какое то системное поле?
Так же при попытке создания новой формы на всех сущностях, после нажатия "Сохранить" вылазит такая ошибка:
