Вылетает аxапта 4.0 при завершении работы

Вылетает всё время аxапта 4.0 при закрытии
Вроде ничего такого не модифицировали в системных классах

Как отследить, где проблема, никакого лог-а нету
Брейкпоинт негде поставить
