While working on document handling I found out if user want to make mandatory for user to add documents for specific Ax record,then you have to make changes to Standard Application Class “Info” in method docu() . For example for  you can make it mandatory  for user to add a PDF document (Internal PO confirmation ) for all  Purchase order records with Status=Received.
